Per account. The monthly operations are shared by all the users of the monday.com account.

Yes. The team sizes on the Pricing page are only a guide: a 250-user account can use Pro as long as it stays under 25,000 operations per month.

Yes, at any time, from Marketplace > Installed apps > General Caster > Billing in monday.com.

The marketplace only shows plans bought through monday.com. Your plan is still active: the Console shows it.

One operation is one run of a recipe on one item. See Plans and operations.

A monday.com app by Omnidea that runs Excel formulas and other operations on your items and writes the results into real columns, so automations, dashboards and integrations can use them.

Add a General Caster recipe from the Integrate menu of a board and write the formula with Excel syntax. See Install and first formula.

No: the Formula column is calculated in the browser and its value isn't stored. Rewrite the calculation in General Caster. See Coming from the Formula column.

Older installations may lack the newest recipes. Install General Caster again: your recipes keep working.

The formula produced a serial number instead of a YYYY-MM-DD date. End it with TEXT(..., "YYYY-MM-DD"). See Dates and times.
