Billing questions
In monday.com open Marketplace > Installed apps > General Caster > Billing and choose a plan. Payment and invoicing are handled by monday.com. You can change plan at any time.
General Caster notifies you in monday.com at 90% and at 100% of the monthly operations. At 100% the integrations stop until the next period or until you upgrade. The Console shows a forecast so you can act before that.
Every month on the day your plan was activated. The Console shows the current period and how many days are left.
Yes. Team sizes are only a guide: a 250-user account can use the Pro plan as long as it stays under 25,000 operations per month.
The marketplace only shows plans bought through monday.com. Plans bought on our website are still active: check them in the Console.
